At ABD Perfumes, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take utmost care in packaging and delivering each order to ensure your experience is smooth and delightful. However, since perfumes are personal-use products, we follow a strict no-return and no-exchange policy — except in rare cases of damage during delivery.

📦 Returns Accepted Only If:  Product is physically damaged  ,  Bottle is broken or leaking at the time of delivery , You received the wrong product

To be eligible for return: Record a clear unboxing video from the moment the package is opened , Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

❌Returns will NOT be accepted if: Perfume is opened or used,   You don’t like the fragrance, Bottle was damaged after delivery ,  No unboxing video is provided, Return request is made after 24 hours

✅ If your return is approved: You will receive a replacement or store credit ,  No cash refunds will be provided
